The app compares your report against others nearby to surface possible matches automatically.
Claim
If you found a match, submit a claim and answer the ownership verification questions the finder set.
Verify
The finder reviews your answers privately. Verification details are never public or shared with third parties.
Chat
Once a claim is accepted, you get a private one-on-one chat to arrange a safe handoff.
Return
After the handoff, both parties confirm the item has been returned. Your trust history grows.

Location stays private
Your exact location is never shown to other users. Only a coarse area — a neighbourhood-level label — is visible publicly.
Verification stays private
The details that prove ownership are kept between you and the finder. Nobody else sees them.
Chat only after verification
Private messages only open after a claim is accepted. Strangers cannot message you about an item without going through verification first.
